Washington “Deeds Not the Breeds” Bill HB 1105 Washington State Representative Tom Campbell will reintroduce his 2006 “Deeds Not the Breeds” Bill, House Bill 1105, in the State Legislature this January. The Bill is intended to prevent insurance companies from engaging in breed profiling in the State of Washington. Representative Campbell has requested that all pure-bred dog fanciers in the State of Washington contact their members of the Washington House and Senate prior to the Bill’s reintroduction to express their support.
